ServiceAgreement.us is run by WeldonPC (weldonpc.com). Using it means accepting these terms.
What it is
A record-keeping and arithmetic tool for people who provide services. It stores what you type and does sums and the sorting rules described on How it works. It does not write, read or interpret contracts, and nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice. Whether a request is inside the scope of your agreement is decided by you, your client and, if it comes to it, the law where you work.
Your Ledger
A Ledger opens with a private link. Anyone holding the link can open and change it, so keep it safe. If you lose the link, we cannot recover it: we keep only a one-way fingerprint of it. A Ledger nobody opens for 400 days is deleted, unless it has a Pass that is still paid.
Prices and the Pass
The Ledger Pass will cost $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, through PayPal. During the current preview checkout is closed, every Pass feature is free and nothing is charged. You can cancel in PayPal at any time; the Pass then runs to the end of the paid period. We do not charge for partial periods.
Fair use
Do not use the site to store other people's sensitive personal data, to break the law or to overload it. Daily limits on new Ledgers and saved changes protect the service.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. Keep your own copies (print, PDF or CSV) of anything you rely on. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
